Buffet Onsite Fee:  Includes heavy plastic plates with untensils, 1 chef and 2 wait staff (4 Hours total)members to setup buffet, serve dinner, clean up food area,  monitor BBQ Smoker (if needed), and monitor all items needed for buffet service.  $400.00
